THAMESIDE Theatre will be transformed into a House of Fun on Friday, May 15, when Complete Madness roll into town.

Fans will be donning their baggiest trousers for a highly visual and energetic show, which the band have promised “will be a riot from beginning to end”.

One of the UK’s best known Madness tribute bands, Complete Madness promise all the major hits including Baggy Trousers, One Step Beyond, It Must Be Love, and Driving In My Car.

The show will feature crazy costumes, comedy, chirpy banter and vocals from original band member Mark Keegan.

The five musicians formed in 1989 with two members, Mark Keegan and Derek Wood, who are still with Complete Madness today.

The band’s first name was Beat the System and they covered a wide range of music, but as they learned more and more Madness tracks, the bookings went up and up.

Thus, Complete Madness were born, changing their name officially in 1994. The band is now in its 21st year and enjoying another whirlwind UK tour.

Tickets are £18.50 or £16.50 per head for groups of four or more.
