TEMPERATURES are set to climb to 30C today as a heatwave continues across the country.
UV levels are also expected to reach level seven - which means there is a high risk of harm from unprotected sun exposure.
The Met Office predicted a maximum temperature of 30C today and tomorrow across the east of England.
Even the sea breeze coming in from the coast later this morning is expected to be warm.
Tonight, temperatures are only expected to drop to an uncomfortable 15C.
Experts predict Wednesday will also be hot and humid and could bring "intense thunderstorms".
