NINE friends from Thurrock are preparing to walk the length of Hadrian’s Wall for charity.
Pals Paul Warren, Sean Paxman, Paul Greene, John Bilham, Mark Dennis, John Smith, Lenny, Gary Willats and Paul Bates, all from Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham, will make the 84 mile trek from June 18-21 to raise cash for the Karis May Darling Foundation.
They will fundraisers, who are doing the walk in memory of their friend Steve Paxman, will be travelling up in a mini bus kindly loaned to them by Stanford-le-Hope company F.I.T, based in Coryton.
