Good effort - The Grays' club's competitiors in the London International Open
YAMAGUCHI Goju-Kai competed well at the recent London International Open at the O2 Arena, winning in several categories.
In a tough competition, more than 300 competitors took part but Lauren Adams was on form, winning the Champions Cup in the Kata, Kumite and also the team kata with Sasha Edgeler and Danielle Ball.
